Serella is dedicated to providing an outstanding shopping experience for all customers. We aim to have straightforward and clear shipping policies, and offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Delivery Times
- Processing Duration: Orders take 1 to 2 business days to process. Once this is complete, it is then shipped by one of our shipping carriers.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00PM (PST), Monday to Friday, will be processed the next business day. This may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Shipping Time: 6 to 8 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days (including processing and transit).
Business days include Monday-Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM (PST). Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Expenses
- Free Shipping: Orders placed within the United States qualify for free shipping without a required minimum order.
Issues with Delivery
In the event that you experience an issue with your delivery, contact our customer service team directly. We will assist you in resolving any issues with your delivery. If you submit the wrong delivery address, or, a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
